BMI Oh Baby...

According to some online Body Mass Index websites, it would appear that what my Doctor recently confirmed would indeed appear true. I'm technically obese and could well do with losing 2 stone. Not exactly a shock to me, but the first step with any problem is confronting it. What next though?

Ok, I'm not exactly one to talk, but I recommend getting some shorts and trainers on and just going running. Start slow and short, and build it up over a few weeks. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can build up the miles. Find a local running club if you can. I did and it's good, encourages you, there should be all levels, and running with a group does spur you on.
