
According to some online Body Mass Index websites, it would appear that what my Doctor recently confirmed would indeed appear true. I'm technically
obese and could well do with losing 2 stone. Not exactly a shock to me, but the first step with any problem is confronting it. What next though?

Ok, I'm not exactly one to talk, but I recommend getting some shorts and trainers on and just going running. Start slow and short, and build it up over a few weeks. You'll be surprised at how quickly you can build up the miles. Find a local running club if you can. I did and it's good, encourages you, there should be all levels, and running with a group does spur you on.
